The Osun State House of Assembly candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the March 9 House of Assembly elections in Ife North State Constituency, Prince Akinyode Abidemi Oyewusi (PAAO) has expressed gratitude to the people of Ife North Local Government for trooping out en masse to support PDP flag bearers in the National Assembly election to victory in last Saturday's elections.
In a press statement signed and made available to journalists, Prince Akinyode Oyewumi said that PDP in Ife North Federal Constituency and the entire Senatorial District will not forget the support given to its candidates by ensuring that all electioneering campaign promises are fulfilled.
The Founder, PAAO Foundation said “I sincerely appreciate the love and support the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) received from the good people of Ife North Local Government who trooped out massively to support all PDP candidates with their votes at the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly elections.
“On behalf of our Senator elect, Prince Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi and Otunba Abimbola Ajilesoro, newly elected Member, House of Representatives, thank you all. Be assured that all promises made during the campaign will be fulfilled".
While assuring them of a positive turn around in the new dispensation, Prince Oyewusi emphasized that PDP as a people oriented party with clear ideology of welfarism, progressivism and equal opportunity, will bring more dividends of democracy to every nook and cranny of the senatorial district.
“There will be a positive turn around in our economy, health care delivery system, education and infrastructure with emphasis on social support programs that will improve our standard of living,” he noted.
The young entrepreneur used the opportunity to appeal to all indigenes and residents of Ife North State Constituency to support and vote him as a Member of the Osun State House of Assembly on March 9, 2019.
He clarified that their support will go a long way in bringing comprehensive development to the constituency.
His words, “now that we have a Senator and House of Representative member, let's pivot a synergy that will propel rapid development and progress of Ife North. I humbly seek your support and votes and I pledge never to let you down."
