Chief Obasanjo expressed readiness to work with the former Vice President to actualize his ambition. The former President made the disclosure during a meeting at his residence in Abeokuta. Those at the meeting included the National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, Chief Olabode George, former Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola as well as former Governor Gbenga Daniel.
While calling for a credible election, Chief Obasanjo advised Alhaji Atiku to uphold the constitution if he is elected President.
"Whenever or wherever you might have offended me, as a Christian who asks for God's forgiveness of my sins and inadequacies on daily basis, I forgive and I sincerely advise you to learn from the past and do what is right and it will be well with you", Obasanjo told his former Number two man during the meeting.
