Actress Stephanie March and her sick mother 'thrown out of Manhattan home' after bitter divorce with Bobby Flay

... as he walks away with BOTH of their houses

After finalizing their divorce, Bobby Flay and Stephanie March released a statement on Friday claiming that they had reached 'an amicable divorce settlement'.

However according to New York Post's Page Six, it seems the division of assets was far from 'amicable' between the former couple, who split following claims the celebrity chef was having an affair.
March is allegedly now being forced out of their home in Manhattan, New York, where she was living and taking care of her ill mother, as well as their second property in The Hamptons.
A source told the publication: 'He will keep the house in Amagansett and the Manhattan apartment. Stephanie has to leave the Manhattan apartment at a specified date in the next few months.
'She has been staying there with her mother, who has been in poor health. It has been a very difficult time for her. It is unclear what her future living arrangement will be as she continues to care for her mother.'
While Flay, 50, is walking away from the divorce with both of the couple's homes, 40-year-old March is entitled to $5,000 a month in spousal support under the terms of a prenuptial agreement.
However the actress argued in May that it's not enough, especially as she has cut back on her career due to ill health.

She has suffered from a burst appendix and three infections, which she has allegedly claimed in court has prevented her from working as an actress.
But her estranged husband claims her health issues are caused by her decision to undergo breast augmentation surgery, according to TMZ.
Flay and Stephanie had a very public and very bitter split in March after 10 years of marriage.
Flay filed for divorce on April 10 saying the marriage has 'irretrievably broken down.'
He vehemently denied a report in May by Page Six that the break up was the result of his affair with his 28-year-old assistant Elyse Tirrel.
When Flay received a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame last month, a plane appeared overhead trailing a banner that said 'Cheater'. March said via her lawyer Deborah Lan that she was  'absolutely not behind it'.
Upon finalizing their divorce, the former couple said in a statement to People: 'We have come to an amicable divorce settlement.
'We look forward to putting this difficult time behind us and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward.'

The marriage between the two celebrities descended into acrimony and recrimination as they fought over money.
During the divorce March accused the chef of repeatedly cheating on her during the 10-years they were together, including a three-year relationship with one of his assistants and a liaison with Mad Men star January Jones.
In turn, Flay's team accused March of digging dirt in order to get a larger divorce payout which was limited by a prenup between the couple.
The former couple's joint statement went on to declare: 'We look forward to putting this difficult time behind us and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward.'
