Champions League: Xavi savouring last Barcelona game

Xavi says it is a "dream come true" that his last game for Barcelona will be the Champions League final against Juventus on Saturday.
The 35-year-old will leave the Nou Camp this summer,
after 17 years at the Catalan club, to join Qatari side Al Sadd in a three-year deal.
Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri says his team will play with "courage" despite facing the "best players in the world".
