Former Governor Dariye's Dad Abducted by Gunmen!

Gun wielding men on Saturday night abducted the father of Senator Joshua Dariye, a former Governor of Plateau State. The Anchor Online gathered that the gunmen who were about nine stormed the Meshere home of Pa Deswan Dariye around 9 pm and started shooting sporadically to scare people away.
The gunmen whisked their 87-year-old victim away after a few minutes and The Anchor Online gathered that they were yet to get in touch with the family as of the time of filing this report. Senator Joshua Chibi Dariye was the Governor of Plateau State between 1999 and 2006 when he was impeached.
