Suicide Bomber Kills 15 in Yobe Islamic Procession

No fewer than 15 people killed in Potiskum, Yobe State on Monday when a suicide bomber hit members of a Shiite Islamic group, the al Faydia Islamic School, near the Old Market in Potiskum.
The attack was believed to have been carried out by the Boko Haram terrorist group. The bomber struck as the Shia Muslims celebrated the new Islamic year.

The group has overrun Mubi in Adamawa State and seems bent on expanding its frontiers.
