Ogun Police PRO Lectures Trainees on Reform Agenda

The Public Relations Officer of the Ogun State Command of the Nigeria Police Force, DSP Muyiwa Adejobi has encouraged new Cadet Assistant Superintendents of Police and Inspectors who are ICT Experts on course at the Police Computer Information Technology College in Abeokuta to imbibe and move with the trend of positive change in the police to have a better Nigeria Police Force.

Adejobi made this known to the trainees while delivering a lecture on "ICT and Police Reform Agenda" at the College in Abeokuta on Thursday. There, more than 300 cadet officers were tutored on the ethics and code of conduct of the police in line with the reform agenda of the Inspector General of Police.
The cadets were encouraged to use their talents and acquired skills as ICT experts to improve investigation, proactive and intelligence-driven policing in all ramifications as these will enhance efficiency and productivity in the police.
While emphasizing the need to have good human relations, DSP Adejobi advised them to see good and funtional public relations as a good tool for their success and efficiency in the police. He also urged them to take policing as the best profession they can ever choose.
The cadet officers were also advised to operate and discharge their duties in tune with the Inspector General's Triple H philosophy of "Hard work, honesty and humility", and to ensure they are always guided by this philosophy. As he congratulated them on their appointment on behalf of the Ogus State CP, Mr. Ikemefuna Okoye, Adejobi encouraged them to be focused and disciplined.
