APC Reps Walk Out Over $ 9.3 million Seizure

Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Federal House of Representatives on Tuesday walked out of the House's plenary session over the failure of the House to agree to debate the $9.3mIllion seized from some Nigerians in South Africa.

Days ago, a Bombardier 600 series aircraft that flew from Abuja was impounded by South African authorities. The move became necessary after it was found out that the occupants of the plane did not declare the cash sum they carried in suitcases.
The passengers later claimed they were on a mission to procure arms for Nigerian security forces.
