The Founder of Hassan Olawale Giwa (HOG) Foundation, Arc.
Hassan Giwa has enjoined Muslims all over Oyo State and beyond to observe
Ramadan with fear of God and renewed dedication despite the present situation.
He made the call while felicitating Muslim faithful on the new month, urged
them to pray for God’s mercy over Nigeria and the world at large to end the Coronavirus disease.
Giwa, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Amron

Local Government on the occasion of this year’s Ramadan fasting.
He implored them to take the advantage provided by the holy
month of Ramadan to increase their devotional acts and pray to Almighty Allah
to heal the land of the deadly coronavirus.
The HOG Foundation founder also charged the Muslim brethren
to strive to get blessings and rewards availed by the holy month of Ramadan by
performing all necessary doctrines established by almighty Allah and the holy
Qur’an despite restrictions and curfew occasioned by the COVID-19.
Giwa appealed to the well-meaning people in the society to
extend the hands of fellowship to others, who are less privileged irrespective
of religious affiliation.
He urged them to obey guidelines established by the Nigeria
Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and the state government as regard the spread
of coronavirus by observing their prayers at home and performing other optional
and obligatory acts of worship in line with directives.
