Makinde Becomes Third Governor to Test Positive For COVID-19

Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has become the third Nigerian Governor to test positive for the dreaded Corona virus.
The Governor, who has been in self-isolation since Saturday made the announcement via his Twitter handle.

"I just received my COVID-19 confirmation test result. It is POSITIVE. I am asymptomatic and will continue to self-isolate" the Governor tweeted.
His Bauchi and Kaduna State counterpart, Bala Mohammed and Nasir El-Rufai tested positive last week.
The Oyo State Government has imposed a dusk to dawn curfew in order to curtail the spread of the disease. The measure is to complement the stay at home order issued by the government.
