Ex-Nigerian International, Peter Ogaba Dies

While Nigeria still tries to grapple with the demise of Stephen Keshi, the first Nigerian to win the African Cup of Nations as a player and a coach, a feat achieved so far by only two people, yet another record breaking Nigerian ex-international has passed on. 
Peter Ogaba, the youngest member of the silver winning Golden Eaglets' team of 1987 died on Thursday. Ogaba, born in 1974 was 13 when he featured for the Eaglets as a midfielder. He passed on in a hospital in Abuja. His demise was confirmed by former Super Eagle, Tijani Babangida, who broke the news on his Facebook wall. 
"Is sad to announce the death of former international PETER OGABA who passed away yesterday adieu my friend", Babangida wrote. 
The deceased was until his death the coach of City Strikers FC, Abuja.
