Less than 24 hours after a bomb blast in Borno State killed not less than 14 people, the Book Haram group dared the Buhari administration again with bomb attacks in the heart of Abuja, Nigeria's federal capital.
Karu, a densely populated area was hit and according to reports reaching The Anchor Online, a government council building was hit by twin blasts
. The prison facility in Kuje was also attack and a number of terrorists detained there are believed to have been freed. Residents also reported hearing two loud explosions around the Nyanya, Jikwoyi axis.
Scores are believed to have died from the explosions.
