Speaking at the summit, in Ethiopia, Mugabe said 'by electing me to preside over this august body, with full knowledge of the onerous responsibility that
lies ahead, I humbly accept your collective decision."

He is believed to suppress all opposition, a feat that has given his party, ZANU-PF victory at every poll in the country for about 30 years now
