US Records First Ebola Case

The United States has recorded its first case of the much dreaded Ebola Virus Disease diagnosed on American soil.
Reports indicated that the patient, who tested positive to the virus is on admission in a hospital in Dallas, Texas.
The patient was said to have flown into the country from Liberia.

It will be recalled that Nigeria's index case of EVD, Patrick Sawyer too flew into Lagos, despite knowing that he was carrying the deadly virus.
Ebola has killed thousands of people in West Africa since it broke out recently.
