The present trouble and in house crisis being faced by the Jonathan Government would have been averted if the ruling party and President Jonathan had listened to the voice of God.
This was the position of Prophet Wale Olagunju in a release titled ”The Prophecy, PDP and Jonathan neglected and how they shot themselves in the leg”. The Presiding Bishop of Divine Seed of God Chapel Ministry apparently casting a retrospect on Nigeria said, Nigeria would not have found itself in present problem if Jonathan had listened and acted accordingly on his revelation as published by the City People Magazine of January 4, 2012, where he predicted that Nigeria will experience massive looting of treasury under the present regime. According to Prophet Olagunju, he had warned that President Jonathan must not attempt to contest the 2015 election and that he will face serious problem from his own PDP. “In my prophecy for 2013, as published by the City People of January 16, 2013, I warned that failure on the side of Jonathan to heed divine warning not to contest will lead to chaos” the prophet said.
Prophet Olagunju said” In the City People of January 16 2013, I also predicted as revealed to me by God that Obasanjo will be side tracked and will lose his grip on the party {PDP}. I give all glory to God that this has happened.” In the Sunday Tribune of December 28, 2003, the man of God said he predicted the national conference and that if PDP members are not careful the party will break up and this will see some of the party chieftains out of its fold. The prophet said those in the PDP are stone-hearted and will never listen to warnings from God. Í predicted in 2005 as published by the Sunday Tribune of January 2, 2005 that another Government that will marginalize Yoruba race and favour his tribe will emerge and will hang on to power for too long.
In January 5, 2011 publication of the City People Magazine, I revealed the mind of God that there will be a rift between Obasanjo and Jonathan, but they refused to listen. The servant of God known for accurate prediction also called on President Jonathan to beware, warning that this was how it all started in 1966. Your replied letter to president Obasanjo is uncalled for. As a president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I expect you to exercise some degree of maturity and patience before you take any action or decision as it might have negative effect on the Nation and further heat up the polity. You would have met him privately. No doubt, Obasanjo is your political godfather; he campaigned all over the country for you to become Nigerian President. He removed your former boss earlier for you to become a governor. Obasanjo also supported the election that produced you as Nigerian President and also removed Zoning from PDP to pave way for the minority showing that he cannot be your number one enemy. Finally the utterances of Pa Edwin Clark, Prince Kashamu Buruji, and that of your former boss and other notable leaders from your zone who are today insulting Obasanjo is uncalled for as courtesy demands respect for this man (Obasanjo).
